Berck takes on an apprentice tool setter

We are taking on an apprentice tool setter in August to begin a programme of investing for the future. We believe that we are able to provide first class training which will benefit both the company and the trainee.

We are members of the Engineering Employers Federation and they will be fully involved in the preparation of an integrated training plan for the newest member of our team.

Berck Changes Banks!

Berck has recently changed bankers to HSBC after 64 years with our old provider.

The main area of our growth over the last 12 months has been in export markets and our old bank was not in a position to support us going forward. HSBC have proved to be proactive in helping our business and were instrumental in getting us involved with the British-American Business Council. The decision to change banks after such a long period was a difficult one but it has proved to be exactly right for the business as we now enjoying the benefits of a truly global organisation.

Hereford v Blues

This was a lovely day out. Nice drive in the countryside and all the driving was done by Jo my wife. Was quite funny seeing the faces of the Hereford fans, stewards and residents when 2,000 bluenoses turned up for the pre-season friendly when only 400 were expected.
