All our beloved machinery and equipment is serviced and cared for by our Maintenance Engineer Sarge.

Tool Design

Ray Rowley looks after our design department at Berck Limited. He has 40 years experience in tool design and manufacture. Ray is also a very keen and talented fisherman and enjoys his 1950's Rock 'n' Roll.

Purchasing and I.T

Dave Pring (loyal Brentford fan) works along side Chris in Purchasing and also looks after our I.T Department. I'm not sure which is more stressfull.....supporting Brentford or working with Chris !

Purchasing Department

Our Purchasing Department is run by Chris Morton who has been with us 23 years now ! His wife Tracey also works with us as a Bruderer Press Operator.

New Project Introduction

Pictured left is Mike Whitehouse who looks after NPI here at Berck Limited. He also works in Technical Sales assisting me with customer enquiries. Also shown is Jim Beardsmore who runs our Quality Department. I'm sad to announce that Mike is an Aston Villa supporter !

New tooling tryout

Brand new progression tool having it's first trial run in an 80 ton press. The toolroom guys worked miracles and managed to hit the deadlines well within the customers requirements. The tool once approved will be manufacturing brackets for Jaguar and Range Rover vehicles.
